Christina worked in the Executive Office of Goldman Sachs during years of rapid growth and the GS IPO. She subsequently joined McKinsey & Company as a Director of Recruitment focused on technology. Christina was then hired by Bain Capital, when the firm was just 80 people, to build their Global Recruitment Office during the firm’s accelerated expansion.
Christina’s challenging and rewarding experiences working on teams at Goldman Sachs, McKinsey and Bain Capital laid the groundwork and built a toolkit that prepared her for the bold leap she made into running a successful search practice. With an organic lens into the private equity playbook, Christina helps companies focus on the relationship between the quality of talent and business performance. She brings a unique understanding and pathway to the nature and quality of hiring successful, growth-oriented, diverse and high-performing teams.
Christina is a seasoned, astute and approachable executive search partner. She is known for sharp execution, flexibility of process, grit, discerning judgment and integrity.
